Angel is an American glam/arena rock band formed in Washington, D.C., in the mid-1970s, famously discovered by Kiss bassist Gene Simmons and signed to Casablanca Records. Known for their all-white stage outfits, progressive, and hard rock sound, the original lineup included vocalist Frank DiMino, guitarist Punky Meadows, keyboardist Gregg Giuffria, bassist Mickie Jones, and drummer Barry Brandt.
